AB-HYDRAULIK provides the hydraulic power units with customer specific design, individual construction and nominal pressures of up to 700 bar hydraulic power units; we are recommended as perfect partners for the marine I Offshore I land systems. As a system provider, we can design and manufacture power units as a package combined with our piping / installation or they can be ordered fully independent as per project demand –
Key Features
The tanks of hydraulic power units are delivered in steel or stainless steel – in the manufacturing standard with up to 10,000 liters volume. Larger volumes are possible.
At volume flows from 0.5 liter to 500 liters per minute & above with highly precise control blocks guarantee accurate and fast regulating operation of the power units. If required, cooling circuits are integrated also resisting high temperatures. We will be pleased to consider individual specifications, customary standards or particular wishes regarding power units as per project demand.
In particular for critical applications we deliver hydraulic systems as “complete package”, designed and manufactured by only one supplier ensures our customers precise durability of all components.
Testing and certification for hydraulic power units
On request we provide documentation material, system-specific data sheets as well as testing and certifications of all components according to the specific project demand / standards - ATEX-certification on request.
Depending on the application scenario, versions with direct current (12V, 24V, 48V) as well as single- and 3-phase alternating current (230V and 400V) & engine driven are available.
