Transfer Gear Pumps / Motors / Flow dividers
Transfer gear pumps are distinguished especially by their wide range of variants which are assembled as required on the modular principle and also permit subsequent upgrade. The pumps are also suitable for media with low lubricating properties. All pump sizes incorporate helical tooth system. This feature combined with special gear geometry, results in extremely low noise levels and reduced pressure pulsation.
Unidirectional hydraulic motors, the rotation verse is clockwise or counterclockwise, and you can reverse it without adding any components, so you can optimize storage space and adapt the motor to your needs. The displacement of these products varies between 0.45 cm3/rev and 300 cm3/rev, the rotation speed reaches up to 9000 rpm, the maximum pressures reach 320 bar.
Geared flow dividers by AB-HYDRAULIK are characterized by high manufacturing accuracy. Depending on the version, volumetric flow rates of 2 to 500 liters per minute can exactly be divided into 2 to max. 10 equal or proportional flows. Due to its special design, there is no need for additional pressure relief valves for limit position equalization in many applications.
